Payments and Fees:

By choosing a payment plan, you agree to fulfil all associated fees and charges per our billing terms. Withdrawal from our services or failure to make timely payments does not exempt you from the full cost of the service.

In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to seek payment through legal means and may report delinquent payments to credit reporting agencies.

Disputes:

We aim to address all concerns within our services amicably.

In extraordinary circumstances, options like pausing, crediting, or transferring your purchase may be considered. Any disputes arising from this Agreement should first be addressed through mutual discussion and mediation. We ask that you refrain from any actions or communications intended to harm our reputation or that of our offerings.
